COL Assoc. Prof. Jan Mazal, PhD, born in 1976, graduated from the Military College of Ground Forces in Vyškov (2001) and became a PhD in the field of the Theory of Defense Management (2005) and an associate professor in the area of Military Management (2013). He worked in numerous pedagogical and research positions within the Czech Army. Currently, he is the Head of the Department of Military Robotics at the University of Defence in Brno. His fields of expertise are Military Robotics, C4ISR Systems, and Modelling and Simulation.
