Michal Hrnčiar, PhD., born in 1980. In 2004, he graduated from the Faculty of Land Forces at the Military Academy in Liptovský Mikuláš. He completed his doctoral studies focusing on national and international security in 2017. He works as an associate professor at the Department of Military Tactics and Operational Art. He specializes in research in the field of military tactics, operational deployment of ground forces, concepts of warfare, and security.
