Ing. Vladislav Vincenec, Ph.D., Lt.Col. (Ret.), born in 1956, Military Secondary School in Žilina (1975), chief of chemical lab with the military unit VÚ 1852 Brno. From 1979 till 1983 he studied at the Military Technical College of Rear and Technical Support (VVŠ TTZ) Žilina. After graduating from the College, he worked as a lecturer of the POL (PHM) Support Department (Petroleum, Oil and Lubricant) till 1986, Military University of the Ground Forces (VVŠ PV) Vyškov. From 1986 till 1988 he studied for the postgraduate degree of Ph.D. at the Military Academy Brno. Then he worked as the chief of POL service with Mechanised Division Plzeň. 1990-1994 chief of POL service at the VVŠ PV and in the years 1994-1997 senior lecturer at he Public Economy and Logistic Service Department, then in the position of chief of the Scientific Group and deputy chief of the Scientific Information Office, VVŠ PV; 2001-2004 assistant to Rector's office, VVŠ PV. Since September 2004, head of Administrative Group, Faculty of Economics and Management (FEM) Brno.
