RNDr. Oldřich Kříž, born in 1945, Faculty of Science, Palacký University Olomouc. In 1993 he graduated in specialized statistics study at the Faculty of Informatics and Statistics, University of Economics (VŠE) Prague; in 1997 he completed licensed studies of data processing during quality control, Faculty of Chemical Technology, University of Pardubice. Since 2004 he has been working in military educational institutions, at the Department of Econometrics, Faculty of Economics and Management (FEM) Brno. He solves problems tied with distance education, and participates in resolving problems in the field of sensory analysis of foodstuffs. He publishes both in home and foreign magazines. Author and co-author of dozens of didactic publications. At present he is an outside staffer.
