Ing. Bc. Helena Velichová, Ph.D., born in 1974, Military College of the Ground Forces, Vyškov (VVŠ PV), in 2002 a Ph.D. degree in economics and hygiene of nutrition. From 2001 to 2003 senior lecturer at the Department of Economics and Hygiene of Nutrition, (VVŠ PV)Vyškov; since 2003 senior lecturer at the Institute of Food Engineering, Tomas Bata University (TBU) in Zlín She was a project co-executor of the project Specifying Contaminated and Additive Materials in Eatables (1997-1999). She is interested in problems of nourishment economy, foodstuffs security from the point of their medical wholesomeness.
