Blanař Roman
MUDr. Roman Blanař, born 1963, graduate at the Faculty of Military Medical Care, University of Defence, Hradec Králové and the course of the senior officers of the US Armed Forces in San Antonio, Texas. He worked in various leading posts within the Military Service from the regiment, to post of the head of the Medical Service of Czech Armed Forces. In 2002 he served in ISAF staff. Since 1999 he is a member of the working group dealing with the issue of the NATO medical support in joint operations MMSOP. Since 2009 he is the Vice-Dean for external relations and the development of Faculty of Military Medical Care. He has been repeatedly a team leader for the development of the conceptual and doctrinal documents for the Medical Service of the Czech Armed Forces .
