Mgr. Ľubomír Lupták, Ph.D., born in 1977, major in history and English at the University of Ss. Cyril and Methodius at Trnava, Slovakia; 2004-2005 he worked at the Institute for Security and Defence of the Ministry of Defence Slovak Republic, 2006-2007 Defence Policy Section, Ministry of Defence of the Slovak Republic. In the year 2007-2011 he completed his doctoral studies of political science at the Department of Political Science and International Relations at the Faculty of Humanity Studies, University of West Bohemia, where he now works as a senior lecturer. He gives lessons in courses designated for the analysis of power politics in contemporary world, and methodology in the field of political science and international relations during the formation of international system. At present he is involved mostly in critical political sociology of security bureaucracy and security knowledge.
