Krulík Vladimír

Vladimír Krulík, Col. (Ret.), - 1953–2015. Military Academy Brno, line of studies air defence. He completed several security and defence courses, e.g. Economics and Managerial Control in Crisis Situations Training Course at the University of Economics (VŠE) Prague; Problems of the EU, Military Academy Brno; Security Course at the Defence Studies Centre, Aberdeen University, Scotland; Course of Security Policy and Defence Control at Groningen University, the Netherlands (2000). During his career, he held technical support and commanding assignments with signals and anti-aircraft missiles units of State Air Defence. Leading positions in military territorial and administrative offices and at the Ministry of Defence. Among others he was a deputy commander of anti-aircraft rocket brigade, Air Defence Forces, deputy manager for the preparation of Czech forces reform, and an advisor to several deputies of defence minister. Presently he works at the Defence Policy and Strategy Division of MoD.
