Mgr. et Mgr. Petra Vejvodová, Ph.D., born 1984. Works as assistant professor at the Department of Political Science of the Faculty of Social Studies, Masaryk University, and since 2016 has been the head of Security and Strategic Studies. She graduated in political science and international affairs at the Faculty of Social Studies. Her doctoral studies were successfully finished in 2014 with her PhD thesis on international cooperation of European neo-Nazis. In her research, she focuses on political extremism and radicalism in Europe, security policy, information warfare, propaganda and disinformation campaigns. Petra is author and co-author of multiple research papers. She is also a member of the Radicalisation Awareness Network and the European Expert Network on Terrorism Issues.
