OF-3 Blanka Jiráňová, born in 1978. She is graduate from the Military College of the Grand Forces in Vyškov (2003) and in the same year she joined the doctoral studies in Faculty of Economics and Management at the University of Defence in Brno, where she completed internships at German Federal Military Academy of Management and Technology. Currently she is developing the doctoral thesis on the topic "Place and Role of Controlling in the Economic System and Management of Resources in the Bundeswehr.
