Stojar Richard
Richard Stojar, PhD., born 1970. Graduate from the Faculty of Arts, Masaryk University in Brno, where, alongside the University of Defence, he lectures on the topics of security policy. In 2005 – 2008 he was a representative of the Czech Republic in Regional Arms Control Verification and Implementation Assistance Centre – SE Europe. Since 2002 he works at University of Defence in Brno, currently at Centre for Security and Military Strategic Studies. He is specialised in the problem of security threats and risks, armed conflicts in the post-bipolar world, security dimension of the European integration and development of the security environment, especially in the South-Eastern European region.
