Maj. Blanka Adámková, Ph.D., born in 1978. She graduated from the Military College in Vyškov, in  specialization financial support (1998-2003). The doctoral studies she passed at the University of Defense in Brno (2003-2006) in the field of defense economics. She completed several internships at the Federal Academy for Military Administration in Mannheim and in the Bundeswehr Control Training Courses during this time. In 2009 she successfully completed a Ph.D. thesis on "The Place and the Role of Controlling in the Bundeswehr's Financial Management System". Since 2006, she has been working at the Department of Economics at UO Brno. She deal with problems of application of business management behavior in the defense sector.
