Tomáš Zbořil (Retired Lt. Col.)., born 1969. Member of the academic staff at the University of Defence, Faculty of Military Leadership, Department of Economics. VSOŠ Žilina, 1988, Faculty of Law, Masaryk University, 1995. He worked as a lawyer at the Military Academy in Brno (1995–2004), academic staff of the University of Defence (2004–2009 and 2011 to date). Deputy Chief of Legal Services of ACR (2009–2011). Foreign missions in Afghanistan and Iraq (field hospitals in 2002 and 2003). He focuses on issues of Labour Law and Law of Military Service.
