Vičar Radim
Radim Vičar, PhD, born 1980. Member of the academic staff at the University of Defence. He graduated from the Faculty of Law, Masaryk University, Master's degree program Law and Legal Science (Mgr., 2003) and doctoral program Theoretical Legal Sciences (Ph.D., 2013). He is interested in Administrative law, especially in the area of security and defence.
