Tesař Aleš
Col Aleš Tesař, born in 1976. He is a graduate of the Faculty of Law of the Masaryk University in Brno, programme Law and Legal Science (2003). He held senior posts at the Legal Service of the Czech Armed Forces. Since June 2019 he has been working at the Department of Strategic Management in Defence of the Centre for Security and Military Strategic Studies at the University of Defence in Brno. His professional specialization is mainly the legal aspects of State Defence, Law of Armed Conflict and the issue of Leadership.
