Petr Čech, born 1958. He is a graduate of the Military University of Land Forces in Vyškov (1981). He defended his dissertation in the doctoral study programme "Theory of control and combat use of ground troops" in 1997. He worked in managerial and teaching positions at the VVS PV in Vyškov, University of Defence, The Institute of Hospitality Management in Prague, Tomas Bata University in Zlín, University of Business in Prague and Pan-European University. Currently he works at the University of Defence as an associate professor at the Department of Resource Management. He deals with management and project management issues.
