Ing. Jiří Zácha, born 1962. He is a graduate of the Military University of Land Forces in Vyškov (1984). He has served in command positions and leadership roles in the area of personnel management within the Ministry of Defense. For the past 12 years, he has worked as a lecturer for personnel management in career courses within the department. He provides professional training for HR personnel and conducts methodological sessions according to unit requirements in the given area. Currently, he works as an assistant professor at the University of Defense in the Human Resource Management Group of the Resource Management Department at the Faculty of Military Leadership. He deals with human resources management issues with a focus on personnel work.
